Subscribed Parallel Session

Guidelines for Organizations
who intend to convene parallel sessions
during the 6TH ARCID 2025

  1. Institutions/organizations are to express their interest and subscribe to convene a technical session or side event during the conference on topics that are relevant to the conference theme and sub-theme.
  2. Subscribe through the conference website by filling Expression of Interest (EoI). Find the submission instructions at the top of the downloaded EoI document. Note that, the EoI document is editable. Fill required information, save and submit accordingly. Download the EoI here
  3. The subscription fee for International Institutions and Organizations is US$2,400 for a single session of 90 minutes, and US$1,800 per session each for multiple sessions.
  4. National Institutions/Organizations are to pay NGN1,800,000 for a single session of 90 minutes, and NGN1,500,000 per session for multiple sessions.
  5. Submission of EoI for subscription is open until 15th February 2025.
  6. The subscribed Institution/organization is required to submit a communique of their session(s) to the Conference Technical Committee immediately after the session.
  7. The institutions/organizations are responsible for advertising their programme and sessions in any media. They are to provide links to their adverts which will be included in the conference website.
  8. Breakout rooms will be provided with audio-visual and internet facilities. The Organization/Institution is at liberty to brand the room to their taste for the duration of their subscription.
  9. All presenters and participants attending the subscribed sessions are expected to register for the conference. However, a waiver of the conference fee may be granted to the main convener in the organization.
